The Ultimate Guide to Simplifying Your Life by Reducing Your Waste

If the zero waste lifestyle is becoming increasingly popular around the world, it is mostly because of this book. Not only did Bea Johnson convinced readers (like us) to remove trash from their lifestyle but she also inspired a global movement.

About the book

Zero Waste Home is the story of how Bea Johnson and her family simplified their life by reducing their waste. In her words, zero waste is “ a philosophy based on a set of practices aimed at avoiding as much waste as possible”. To do so, she has strictly been following the 5 R’s rules for 9 years : refuse, reduce, reuse, recycle, and rot.

It is also a step-by-step guide that will give you all the tools you need to follow her example and to start a zero waste journey. The book shares essential advices, recipes and insights from grocery shopping to reducing junk mail based on Bea’s experience.
