Furoshiki is a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth born 1 200 years ago. It is made made from silk, cotton or synthetic fibers. It has been used for years to carry bentos, valuable items and gifts. In Japan, giving someone an unwrapped item is considered very impolite while wrapping of goods implies respect to others.

Present Durable works with a french organization helping disabled persons find a job in order to increase their social and economic inclusion.
Founded in 2015 in France, Present durable was inspired by japanese traditional furoshiki, a wrapping cloth traditionally used to transport clothes, gifts, or other goods. They created a range of trendy wrapping cloth and diversified their products by signing a partnership with Alterosac, a brand which creates linen bags to replace plastic ones.
